Gateway of the Palace of Yusuf Adil Shah is a famous monument located close to the Mandovi harbors in Goa. The Yusuf Adil Shah, the Sultan of Bijapur had constructed it. The palace was constructed in a blend of the Hindu-Muslim architectural style.
Pandava’s drum is a charming place in Goa located near the Palolem beach at the southernmost taluka – Canacona or Chaudi of the state. The southern end of the gorgeous Palolem beach is full of legends of Pandavas. There is rock here which is called the Pandava’s drum as when you fling stones at it and they hit a particular spot a drum like sound is heard.

Reis Magos Fort
Reis Magos fort is a marvelous historic monument located in the Reis Magos village, Bardez taluka of North Goa. It was built by the Sultan of Bijapur Adil Shah. There is Reis Magos church, present at the base of the fort is dedicated to St Jerome. The church is famous for ‘Festa dos Reis Magos’ (Feast of the Three Wise Men) that is held every year on 6th January.
Viceroy’s Arch is an impressive place in Goa. This historic place was built by Vasco De Gama’s grandson Francisco De Gama. It was built as a memorial to the achievements of Vasco da Gama, the famous explorer. It is built of laterite stone and there’s a statue of Vasco da Gama, fully attired in his royal uniform.
Vintage Car Museum
Vintage Car Museum is first and only vintage car museum of Goa. It showcases dozens of Vintage cars and is a pioneer in organizing vintage car rallies in Goa. At the Vintage Car museum one can see models of the Chevrolet Fleet master that was popular in the 1930’s America as Mafia staff car, Mercedes Benz 170 of 1939, Ford V8, Peugeot 301, Austin 1928, the Morris 8 and many more.
Mormugao fort is located close to the internationally famous Marmagoa Harbour. It was constructed to guard the harbour situated near the Vasco da Gama town. At the moment, except the chapel and a portion of the boundary wall nothing is intact in this fort.
Se cathedral is one of the largest churches in Asia located in Goa. It is one of the oldest and most famous religious buildings in Goa. The Se Cathedral is a massive church in Old Goa, devoted to Catherine of Alexandria. The architecture style of Se Cathedral is Portuguese-Manueline.
