Named after H.R.H. Field Marshal The 1st Duke of Connaught and Strathearn, Connaught Place is one of the most famous business and financial hub of Delhi and also a famous place for high-end entertainment. Built in 1931 in horseshoe-shape this place is popular among locals as it comprises of various outlets of branded clothing, restaurants, hotels and much more. The Inner Circle of Connaught Place was renamed Rajiv Chowk and the Outer Circle was renamed Indira Chowk having rows of restaurants, shops and hotels.

It is a logically planned area and houses one of India’s first underground market Palika Bazaar. Janpath is another famous street here which is famous for Janpath Market one of the most famous markets for tourists in New Delhi.Connaught Place welcomes one to its sumptuous hotels where an assortment of spa facilities are available. The calming air and the luxurious feel of 3 stars, 4 stars, and 5 stars inns pull in the travelers towards itself.
One can reach easily here as it is connected by both roadways and through metro also. One has to reach Rajiv Chowk which is at the vicinity of Connaught Place.
