Kamakhya Temple is a Hindu temple dedicated to the mighty goddess Kamakhya and is nestled at the top of the Nilachal Hill by the river Brahmaputra. This is one of the most important pilgrimage destination in the city of Guwahati. The temple is nearly 6 kms from the Guwahati railway junction.
Nabagrah Temple

The Nabagrah temple, located just 3 kms away from the Guwahati Railway Station, is one of the most attracting monuments of very rich historic importance. This temple is the only of its kinds, where the nine planets are worshiped. Nabagrah Temple, nestled on the Chitrachal Hill in Guwahati, used to be a great center for study of astronomy and astrology.
Umananda Temple

Kancha Kanti Kali Mandir

Dhekiakhowa Bornamghar

Dhekiakhowa Bornamgharn is one of the oldest namghar, a place of worship, built in 1528 by saint reformer Madhavdeva. This namghar is located about 15 kms towards the east of Jorhat town and spread over an area of 13 bighas. Tourist from all across Assam visit the holy places around the year.
