The Hadimba Temple situated at the foot of the Himalayas is an ancient cave temple dedicated to Hadimba Devi. A stone idol of the Goddess Hadimba that rises to a height of 60 centimeters is placed in the sanctum. It was built in Pagoda styled shrine in the midst of a deep cedar forest in 1553. The door of the temple is adorned with beautiful carvings of the images of Goddess Durga.
