INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup – Multi Grain Dosa Mix
- 1 Cup – Water
- 1/2 Cup – Curd
- 1 Tbsp – Oil
METHOD
- Add 1 cup of Multigrain Dosa Mix to 1 cup of water and 1/2 cup of curd to form a smooth batter and leave it aside for 10 mins.
- Heat a non-stick tawa, sprinkle little water and gently wipe it using a cloth. Pour a ladle full of batter on tawa and spread it in a circular motion. Add 1 tsp oil to the sides and cook till the dosa turns crispy golden brown.
- Serve hot with fresh coconut chutney or sambhar.
