Besan Pakora Mix
BESAN PAKORA
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup – Besan Pakora Mix
- 200 gms – Onion
- 1 Sprig – Coriander
METHOD
- Add 1/2 cup of water to 1 cup of Besan Pakora Mix and prepare a smooth batter. Add sliced onion and chopped fresh coriander leaves to the batter. Mix and leave aside.
- Pour oil in a kadai and heat the oil. Deep fry the pakoras till golden brown in color on medium flame.
- Serve hot with chutney or tomato sauce. (Add your twist and replace onions with potato / banana / capsicum / cabbage / brinjal / paneer).
