KUTTU KI KADHI
INGREDIENTS
- For Pakoda
- 1 cup Kuttu flour
- 1 medium Potato
- For Kadhi
- 1 cup – Kuttu flour
- 2 tsp – Oil
- 1 tsp – Cumin seed
- 2 tsp – Green chillies
- ¼ cup Curd
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
METHOD
- Make a batter of Kuttu flour, add cut Potato cubes and deep fry.
- Take a bowl, add kuttu flour and curd, and beat well.
- Heat oil, add Cumin seed, Green chillies, and the mixed curd flour mix.
- Simmer on a slow flame for few minutes. Serve hot with fried potatoes.
